How it works
- Ask your vet for a written prescription for your pet’s medicine.
- Fill in the form below with your details, your pet’s details and your vet practice’s details.
- Upload a clear photo, scan or PDF of the prescription and submit the form.
- Our pharmacist checks it, contacts your vet to verify if needed, and we dispense and dispatch your pet’s medicine.

Response times: our pharmacists aim to review submitted prescriptions within 1-2 working days. For urgent medicine needs, please call us on 01453810316.
Original prescriptions: for some veterinary medicines we may need to see the original signed prescription before dispensing. We will let you know if this applies to your order.
